 ABOUT APID

The Association of Professional Interior Designers (APID) is the only professional membership organisation representing the interior design industry across the Gulf, and as member of the International Federation of Interior Designers/Architects (IFI), is committed to the global advancement of the interiors community.

APID plays a critical role in ensuring the professional development of the interiors industry in the Gulf region by providing a platform that enables professionals to grow in the UAE. APID acts as connector, facilitator and instigator of change for the interior design profession and an incubator for new talent and new ideas by providing a platform between professionals and its partners in academia, government and the media.

APID is the ideal place to exchange ideas, improve standards, share best practice and raise awareness on issues of concern to the interior design profession and we invite individual interior architects/designers, design consultancies and industry suppliers to become members of our association and attend our monthly events, interact and network during regular gatherings that bring learning opportunities, inspirational speakers and innovative ideas to the community.
